Great extra room for my seasonal park model. Pros adds lots of space that is safe from insects or weather. We spend time out in the solarium at night when it cools off. Some friends slept over and stayed out in the room and they said it was comfy. Cons very warm during the day. There are quite a few little gaps that I filled with a brown caulking and sealed it up very well. The brown is very brown. It was much darker than I expected. Overall my biggest issue is the windows. I was under the impression that the windows would be more of a plexiglass style, however they are thick plastic. That being said.. it’s a little overpriced, but I do love the usage we get out if it..
