Our Pergola arrived in 3 long boxes. One of the boxes had a large taped up hole on the wide side. After doing the inventory we realized all the hardware was missing from the box with the hole I contacted Wayfair to try and get the hardware. They were fantastic! Great communication. They bent over backwards to ensure we received what we were missing. We ended up receiving an everything we needed. It was tricky at times to put it up. Once we figured thins out it went smoothly. This gazebo looks so nice! It seems sturdy and like it will stand up to the weather well. It took FOREVER to assemble, and at times it definitely needed two adults to put together. A unique, sturdy, and sizeable fire table. I like the design (lower table but side box to accommodate the taller propane tank). I had to ding it one star due to the directions being wrong (had to disassemble a panel and flip it) and the rock tray is very shallow for the provided lava rocks. To get a more natural fire output, I am going to purchase some fire glass that is small in size to help fill in around the gas line. But other than that, really a nice addition to our patio!. Cody. I love the gazebo, but the roof panels came dented from shipment. I kept them as I only had the install people for one day. DO NOT use the installation people from Wayfair.
