Bought this to replace a very old gazebo after a complete overhaul of my back yard. The gazebo is perfect, you can open the windows all around- they side down nicely. They are not glass which is what I don’t want. It’s a three season room. It keeps the sun out, allows a lovely breeze. I’ll attach pics for review. I did price out others through patio companies and they are over $20,000 easy. For the price it does a great job. I did not assemble so not sure on that but I did not hear it was an issue. Love it!! Was missing one part during pre install inventory check. Manufacturer customer service was great - sent the parts within a few days. Rain and a heatwave forced us to spread the install over 2 weekends. In total took approx 10 hours. It really wasn’t “hard” just tedious. I read the instructions and watched a couple of installation videos ahead of time and I think that helped. The metal roof does hold heat, but I felt the metal would stand up better to a Canadian winter. A couple of curtains for shade and use of the windows to keep the air moving. Amazing product! Looks absolutely beautiful in our backyard. Very well constructed. Held up well through winter with approximately 2ft of snowfall. Tedious and time consuming to assemble. Instructions were vague and difficult to follow and decipher. It took 2 people 3 full days to assemble. I would definitely recommend using 3 people. The instructions were also hard to find. There are 9 huge, very heavy boxes and instructions were not in box 1! We were missing 1 roof panel upon delivery. Wayfair customer service was great and rectified the problem professionally and with urgency. I would highly recommend this product. Definitely need 3-4 people to put that gazebo up. It’s very cozy on a cool day to just zip it up and relax with no cold breeze passing through. On a sunny day at least you have the shade. I added solar lights which is perfect at night. I can’t say exactly how long it took to put up because we had on and off rain. Overall I’m happy with the look of it because it adds to the backyard.. I absolutely love it! Its very sturdy. The one thing I would say is put all of your curtain clips on at once because they give you a lot extra. Very happy with the gazebo so far. Instructions were ok fairly easy to build. Built 90 by myself only need another person to hold up the long 14 foot cross beams. I would have liked to see the roof panels a little thickerstronger for the price. My gazebo package was missing the privacy curtains but seller has shipped me a set If the roof panels were a bit thickerstronger and the curtains weren’t missing I’d have given 5 stars. Derek.
