***** Five stars for quality, but be warned: 1. You will need three or four strong people to put the heavy basic structure together and into place, and two people for the rest of the construction. 2. This is not a weekend project for a DIYer. 3. If you can, hire someone with experience. We did, and it was worth every penny. 4. Instructions were fairly good, but missing some crucial information that took some time to figure out. 5. Once figured out, all parts fit together well and pre-drilled holes lined up. 6. There are lots of painstaking details, like fastening thin pieces of weatherstripping around inside and outside of all plastic panels, to name but one. BUT, once put together, this is a very good-quality, beautiful room. We purchased a ceiling fan that converts to a heater and hope that, here in Ontario, we can use it as a three-season room.. I will say the final product is beautiful, feels sturdy but won’t really know until, I use it more. I won’t lie, it was a mission to be built. I originally booked someone to build it, but my delivery didn’t come together as expected and one part was delivered late and I still had to pay for the build but couldn’t get it built and neeeded to do it myself. If you have 4-6 capable humans, you can get it done in 6-8 hours but I did it with 2 and it took 2 days and a half days. The half day, was because we had to peel the plastic off the roof pieces and they were stuck on due to the heat from transporting this item to me. I will say be very careful during that process we had a lot of cuts on our hands and legs from this process, it was unnecessarily dangerous. We got the frame up in one day, the roof in the other and then the nets and curtain. We added a fan but there isn’t really a structure to run the wiring for the fan, like hooks or anything, to bring it down to the Elric which was disappointing. We do love the color, and love the double nets, but can’t describe the logevitubof the final product as we’ve only had it up a week. We thing we like is at the top of the roof, there are bug guards in the vents of the roof to prevent bugs coming in, which I’ve seen others that don’t have this. This gazebo is fantastic. It took my husband and a friend about 5 days to put it together. They worked about 5 hours every and the last day was just getting the fit on the patio and drilling the holes into the concrete to get it set and then hanging the screens and curtains. They did a great job and my husband followed the instructions fairly easy, as he was in construction and used to reading drawings, so it wasn't hard for him. Everything went together as it should have. I think one screw hole was out of alignment, so he made a new one. Other than that he had no problems putting it together. We love the size of it, its double of what one gazebo normally is. Gives us plenty of space for furniture and a fire table, and still room to add an eating table which I have not purchased yet. We love its wind resistance too. We get some crazy winds in the desert, sometimes 60+ mph, and we've since had just a couple days like that, and we have found it to hold up just great! You do hear a little rattle with that kind of wind, but not much. Its solidly in the ground and the parts are solid, holding together well. Can't beat this gazebo for its sturdiness and beauty. Function is awesome and I know in the summer we'll be able to close the curtains when the sun starts beating in any direction, and screens if the flies show up while eating. We love our new patio gazebo. Instructions were complete. It was really easy to put together. It took three of us two days.
