Exactly as described. Relatively easy to put together - many pieces/so it takes a few hours - instructions are solid. The cam-locks were confusing at first…but once i figured it out, easy. Does the job, buy very cheap and low quality. Few edges with paint scratched off already out of the box. Instructions are so bad and I’m very handy.
