This fireplace has been such a wonderful addition to my home. I am disabled was able to do the very small amount of “installation” required by myself -one has to screw the legs onto the unit. As the unit itself is lightweight, all is provided, instructions are simple clear, this was a simple, very doable task. I use this fireplace every day. It adds a lovely ambiance to my living room that everyone comments on enjoys. It puts out quite a bit of heat for a smaller size unit, comes with remote control, has many options as well the ability to pair it with one’s phone. The fireplace doesn’t work. The legs have never arrived, even though they have been sent to me twice. I’m unable to get a live person to talk to at Wayfair.
