Was very tired of hand held water filter pitchers. I needed something with a stationary spout and filters that lasted for maybe a couple of months as well as good tasting water. The stainless steel container is preferable to plastic and the filters last a lot longer. Now I don’t have to store f use refrigerator or cupboard space for all the spare water bottles and pitchers. I container does not take up much countertop space but does not fit under my cabinets . Still a win, great tasting water and reclaimed kitchen space have made my purchase worthwhile.. Laura. I have no idea about the quality of this product because I just received it and am guessing on how to put it together. No manual. Only a small 4" X 3" instruction pamphlet with the filters & one with the canisters. Both have minimal wording and the pictures are so tiny a magnifying glass is needed to try to see the parts and which way they go in. There is absolutely no mention of how to secure the carbon filters in the upper chamber so I guessed. No mention on how tight to make the gaskets so they don't leak. It's a bit late when you've got it filled with water. How they said to prime them with your kitchen faucet didn't work for me. They say it takes 8 minutes to put this together. That's probably only true if you've done this before. No phone number on their web site. FAQs are repetitive and unhelpful, "you just put them in". They don't stand up if they cannot be fastened in place somehow. Preworded drop down menu, so you cannot get assistance with your particular issue when you contact the web site in writing for support. Who wants to wait for that anyway? Additionally, they want you to enter your order number, which I didn't happen to have handy. Totally, totally unnecessarily frustrating assembly process and an inability to get immediate support (I was not able to locate that 24/7 chat they advertise is available either!). Cathi. Recommend to hire a plumber to install. Had to buy all the attachments to make it connect. Make sure you unwrap the plastic cover from the filters itself beforehand. There are no instructions in the box to do so. I do like the size and cart that it came with . Hopefully it will do the trick for my tankless water heater.. Minh T. Tue Jun 30 2026
