These are just what I need to keep my canopy cover from blowing off my pergola. We get very strong winds and before this I’ve had to run outside and take off the cover manually. I ordered this Shade Replacement Canopy for its name. I lost 2 of three huge spruce trees in my yard. Meanwhile we have now got 90” heat while I am trying to rehab the sudden parched weedy dirt whey used to call home. This is my first attempt at stringingsomethin like a Sail for shade, really, for any purpose. It was surprisingly simple, more than I thought The canopy I ordered is the green shade which is sparkly in it synthetic woven fabric. Decent brackets for the money. Pros: Affordable. Dimensionally they are very consistent. Cons: I did have one start to separate at the top. I don't fault the bracket. I believe it happened when we were trying to stand the Pergola. I did order some corner braces as well to keep everything from swaying. One tip I would give is make sure you check fitment with your lumber before you assemble. I had to sand all of my pressure treated posts and check fit.
