This chair is easy to assemble. The plumbing is not standard USA fittings. I had to do some unusual plumbing to connect. The shampoo bowl is adjustable which is ideal for different size individuals. One thing to note is the mounting to the floor so the chair doesn't slide around. If you are placing this chair on a finished tile floor as I did, I had to make and mount a wooden base to glue it down and to screw it to the wall for stability.
