The solarium loos great and feels big inside! This is a pic of a 12x12’ placed on a 15x15’ stamped concrete. We added a solar light fixture inside and a propane fire pit. I was worried about the vinyl windows with the fire pit, but it doesn’t get too hot for the fire.. Dawn. CO. Thu Aug 08 2024

This is perfect and was a great weekday 2 person project to put together and adhere to the house. It's an elegant color/texture, and functions perfect for our needs. The door is loud when shutting it with the metal on metal contact. The windows are awesome to be able to open, we drilled holes in the frames to be able to open the windows halfway down rather than bottom up, and it's exactly what we wanted for our outdoor patio/lanai enclosure.. This is not a pergola. This is panel(s) only. 1 panel only for option 1/3 x 10 ft. & 1/3 x 13 ft. , 3 panels for option 10ft. & 13ft. Louvred wall panels are not adjustable, suitable for pergola only.

I love the shutters my only complaint is that a lot of the louvers came damaged with chips, dents and creases and still waiting for a response from manufacture on what they will offer to remedy the issue! Update: they offered a partial refund! I’m satisfied!. Anita. Chicago, IL. Sun Aug 30 2026

I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not. Other than that, I like what I got.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 20 2022

Overall, I’m very pleased with this wall-mounted solarium and would give it a solid four stars. It arrived extremely well packaged, and all of the parts, screws, and hardware were clearly labeled and organized. The metal feels substantial, the paint finish appears durable, and everything went together very well for the most part. Once installed, it feels sturdy and looks great. There are a few important caveats. This appears to be designed for installation on a perfectly level patio. The doors and windows all sit within a fixed bottom track, and there is no real adjustability to compensate for a sloped surface. My patio slopes away from the house, so my contractor had to create custom supports from vinyl board beneath the track to raise and level the front, while also filling the gaps along the sides. It worked, but it added a considerable amount of custom work to the installation. The nuts and bolts used to attach the panels along the bottom track were also frustrating. They are small, finicky, and difficult to see and tighten while working close to the ground. A few have since come loose, which is concerning because the internal bolts are no longer accessible once the structure is fully assembled. The doors slide nicely and have a very strong magnetic closure. In fact, the magnets were almost too strong, so I added a few small pieces of stick-on felt to make the doors easier to open. The windows pop in and out easily, and holders are included for storing them. However, the holders could really use a small lip or raised edge on the front to keep the windows from sliding out. I plan to mount the holders on my fence so the panels can be stored safely off the ground. The gutter system is probably one of the weaker parts of the design. It also relies on the structure being perfectly level. Otherwise, water can collect in the gutter or spill over the front, which then gets the screens and windows wet. They did make an effort to seal and bug-proof certain areas, but other sections were left with noticeable gaps. I will need to come up with additional solutions, likely brush-style weather stripping, to close those openings. I also wish the windows were clear. Unfortunately, they are not. The smaller models apparently have self-storing windows, but on the 20-foot model the window panels have to be removed and stored separately. Despite those issues, this has been an awesome addition to the back of my house, and I’m very glad I bought it. It was a significant investment and honestly a bit of a leap of faith because I was worried it might turn out to be cheap junk. Thankfully, it does not feel cheap at all. The 20-foot model has two strong center supports, and we bolted the entire structure securely to both the house and the concrete patio. I’m hopeful it will hold up well through the winter as advertised. I do plan to add heat tape to the roof to help clear snow if we get a particularly heavy snowfall. Overall, the quality and finished appearance are very good. It is not a perfect design, and installation may require extra work if your patio is not completely level, but it has still been a fantastic addition to my home.. Thomas. Buffalo, NY. So worth it! I needed an enclosed gazebo due to wildlife in the area. I did my research and finally landed on this one. For you weekend warriors, this may not be your project. My husband and I assembled it over 3 full weekends, and some nights we were free. All together it took around 15 days to build. The instructions were easy to follow for my husband, not for me. He is more of a visual figure outer. Some tips... Pay attention to the window sides before installing them. The outside side does not allow you to see in. The inside allows you to see out. It will look weird if it is installed wrong. How we kept it straight was pulling away the film from the corners and leaving it on throughout assembly. Peeling it away from the corners makes it easier too to pull away when the frames are on. Use the stickers for the doors that are provided to keep them straight as well. Before putting the sliding windows on, pull that sticker away, we had to take the windows apart bc we left the stickers on. Take a lot of breaks for your hands when doing the weatherstripping. Keep all the parts in the boxes throughout. It makes them easier to find. Our slab has a little slant to it away from the garage, which effects the doors, but they still all close properly with some adjustments . Overall, I am so happy with this purchase. I feel it was worth it. Seat cushions and furniture are also from Wayfair.. Kathy. Illinois. Mon Sep 28 2026
