The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. We ordered this in the 82" Palermo Drift leather and it's beautiful. The color is a bit lighter than it appears in the product photos. One of the reasons I suspect is due to the bloom that developed. I'm not sure if it occurred during shipping or sitting in a warehouse, but there is a dusty look that is indicative of leather blooming. This type of leather is susceptible to it and it does make it look a bit aged. I'm not sure how I feel about it and will likely try to buff it to see if it improves. It also easily shows scratches. Aside from that, it is incredibly comfortable and is the perfect height for our Colin live edge dining table. The product info indicates it seats 3, but our whole family of 4 fit with room for another person or two. It's super spacious and is perfect in our great room.
