Reinforce the roof of your Arrow Storage Products shed with the Roof Strengthening Kit. Add additional beams and increase the strength of the roof and snow load.

I was using this kit for a 8 x 6 shed and the instructions were basically useless. I initially got some help from Customer support on assembly but then I faced a new problem when trying to connect these beams to the shed. You've basically creating I-beams with this kit and I could not see how you could attach that to the side wall brackets. I saw other comments were I think they made it fit by cutting a notch in the bracket but I was concerned this could weaken the strength of the bracket. So I cut one lip at the end of the I-beam and bent it to make it fit. It still seems sturdy. Hopefully this will help the shed survive New England winters.. Michael. Needham, MA. Sat Jul 30 2022

This is a great shed with plenty of room for all my stuff. The assembly instructions are easy to understand and can be completed over a weekend with 2 people. Drilled screw holes are well aligned and I only had to drill 2 or 3 myself (out of 500 or more). Just as cheap & flimsy as all the other cheap metal sheds out there, but the only one I could find with 6' tall door for under $1000; I wanted it for working in, not just storage, so that was important to me. Snap together design is convenient for assembly, but unforgiving if anything gets bent or damaged. Door panels have screws connecting lower panel to support brace that end up under upper panel, pretty much guaranteeing the two panels won't stay snapped together. Track parts over door in my kit were slightly off-sized, preventing them from sliding together correctly. After a half-hour of pounding to get it as close as I could, I cut off the mangled ends to get correct length and had to drill new holes (track under door worked just fine). There are a few places where instructions are vague and a wrong guess will result in having to redo things later. There were plenty of screws and bolts, but I was a few plastic washers short and local hardware stores only have more expensive neoprene washers to fill in.
