The chair looks great and is very soft and comfortable. However, I was sure I ordered black so that was very disappointing. As well as how low it is. I considered giving it 5 stars, because of the price. It's pretty good for a cheap couch. It looks nice, but when you sit on it, you can tell it's cheap. Cushions are not super thick. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean. This chair is awesome!!! It came in a small box and we let it puff up. We put it in our 11yo son's room and it's a great place to have his friends hang out, and at their size, they've even slept overnight on it.
