This lampshade exceeded my expectations! However, I ordered two and the 2nd lampshade had a defect. Wayfair sent me two additional lampshades with the same defects. I spoke to CS and they insisted that I keep the defected shades and wanted to keep sending me lampshades. I finally gave up. It’s a shame that the company doesn’t have communication with the warehouse to perform QCC to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Maybe I’ll have better luck going directly to the manufacturer
