It was beautiful to look at but didn’t even turn on

Do not buy this fan! The first fan I purchased worked for about 5 minutes. The reverse on the fan didn't work and only went in the direction blowing air upwards. The next day the entire light and fan stopped working. I was sent a replacement. Upon installation everything worked. A few hours later the fan reverse quit working and by the next day the entire fan/light stopped working. Such a waste of time - this is not worth the money.

Was not happy because when I went to questions and answers one of the questions was if it could be wired with a switch? Ans. Yes it could. I wired it to a switch but there was no reverse button on the fan and the directions gave me no instruction how to put it in reverse. So I wired it either remote and it worked great for one day and now it went awry. The remote never worked again after the first day. So I put it back on the switch and it works but still no reverse. Also, there was a question whether the lights were dimmable? Ans. No. So I bought a switch for the fan and light but no dim switch. Then I find out that the lights are dimmable. In my opinion the light and fan are a great look but the installation was a tragedy. Very disappointed and frustrated.
