Terrible! Received the ceiling fan with missing parts. Bought the part locally because had paid for an electrician to install and did not want to have him come back again. After he installed light works but the fan doesn't. There was no support from the mfg. to troubleshoot for a replacement part so we could salvage the installation and keep the fan. Had to take the fan down and return. Out $350 for electrician and no fan. Of course new fan should have arrived not what appeared to be a return without all the required pieces. Nightmare.

The lights stopped working within a month, perhaps the result of defective wiring.

Beautiful but not what I needed.

It’s a beautiful chandelier! I did buy a longer down rod for my tall ceiling install.
