This has been a horrible experience. Ordered Chrome and Black, but they shipped Satin Nickel and Black. When I tried to make the change, I had to jump through some hoops to provide photos and was basically told that what I received was chrome when it was obviously satin nickel on all the packaging. I had to opt for a return since they don't have a chrome version in stock.
