Milene 70" Tree Floor Lamp with 3 Bulbs Included

I gave this one star because I couldnt give it zero stars. I have made several purchases from Wayfair over the years. In that time, I had not received a damaged product. I read comments in the past indicating that others were dissatisfied with their purchase for poor quality or because the product was defective. I observed that people said they would keep products because they didnt want to deal with sending it back. Little did I know what that meant. I have spent the morning attempting to replace this defective product. After much effort, a replacement for my defective product was offered. I dont know why. Silly me. I thought that was the end of the story. It was not. I have to return the defective product or be charged. This is an assembled 6 foot lamp. Im not returning nor will I be charged to return. This is my final purchase from Wayfair. Wayfair, do better! donewithwayfair

This lamp was packaged well and arrived in good condition. It looks nice in the room. It is not a high quality piece, but it meets expectation for the price

Super easy to put together. Love the look of the lamp. One issue is the cords the lights hang from are not totally straight. I’m hoping with time, they will straighten out a bit more.
