We put it above the kitchen table. It looks so good. Easy to install, directions easy to follow. It puts out a large amount of light and makes pretty patterns through the rattan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to hang over an oversized chair to be a reading nook. But turns out, this thing gives off FAR more light than I planned. It's really best hung in a living room, or dining room. It's MUCH larger than it looks online and it gives off lots of beautiful light - it makes beautiful patterns thru the rattan. I was certain it would be a bit flimsy and worried my kids could destroy it but it's not flimsy at all! It looks delicate but it's very robust and will hold up to anything. My only complaint is that the light hardware was assembled crooked and it was welded in there good. So we had to very carefully bend it back into it's rightful place. If it had arrived straight, I'd happily give this 5 stars!

I'm trying to go for a modern farmhouse type of theme in my house and this fits perfect! I love that you can have it flush against the ceiling or with the rod. I like that you can have it one way for a while and then change it to switch it up a little bit. Very cool.

What a difference changing out a light fixture can make! I hadn’t been happy with our old dining fixture for awhile. It didn’t put out much light and did nothing to spruce up the area. That all changed with this very attractive fixture. — It beautifully illuminates the area over our dining table. — It creates such a nice effect as the light shines through the shade. — It has completely changed the aesthetics in our dining area and compliments our design style. It’s a big hit in our household and I highly recommend!
