We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it. Liked it more then we thought so upgraded to a five star

This is a great smart ceiling fan. It has modern simple lines that will go with most any décor. I had no issues with the installation. I do need to tweak the wobble though Im using the 2nd setting. I do like that the fan blades are inserted into slots. Also a great feature is the piece that holds the remote control to the wall. I would recommend this fan to others that are looking for a fan with remote. So far its a great fan!!

So you know the old saying - measure twice, cut once I did not do that before ordering this fan and it’s a little too big for the current placement in our room when my husband went to install. We have someone coming to shift everything over and install at a later date, but I wanted to say how excited I am for this purchase! It is better than I hoped and the materials feel like great quality. The remote is great for our daughter or the babysitter, but the really exciting part is this is a smart fan- you can control it with your phone! Cannot wait to be able to get this up and in use!
