I ordered 2 of these shades. The first one came in a crushed box that was not marked as fragile. It was damaged significantly. The second one was marked fragile and was delivered undamaged by shipping, however, it has major defects at the top rim so it looks rippled!!! I want to replace them but I believe that I will just receive more damaged replacements. When I reported the first damaged item, they told me that it was not reported as delivered so they couldn't help me. Very disappointed with WAYFAIR and will not be patronizing them again.
