"Missed the mark" is not an adequate description for a product that was reported as shipped and delivered but never showed up at my house. FEDEX and WAYFAIR have made it next to impossible to make a claim, but having stubbornly jumped through the hoops, including "wait two days for it", I've never been notified by FEDEX about this claim and it's been 9 days. Buyer beware. UPDATE: Though not expedient, Wayfair replaced the missing lamp shade, free of charge.
