We ordered three pendants in matte black and almost all came in great condition (one arrived with minor chips on the rim/edge). Install was simple and thus far they have been working well. One detail I did not notice in the product description: the small, metal ball on top of the pendant shade has a stainless steal finish. Which pairs perfectly with our appliances. All in all we are very happy with our purchase!
