All Modern or the Wayfair house brand is what you are getting. It appears to be made by another maker though with taking the branding credit. All Modern typically is simple, elegant, and high quality. I think that is accurate after the inspection and assembly of this item. I have not quite gotten this one installed yet but can tell I will be happy with it. The flat black is nice and simple and contrasts against a flat white ceiling. The lamp is good sized, and could easily go over a dining room table or similar area. It is also adjustable from the length to the ceiling to where it is stationed in the rooms elevation, where it permanently hangs. Overall happy with this item!

Arrive with a broken globe and since it wasn’t ready to be installed until the end of my project, it was over 30 days and could not do an exchange

Looks great at an affordable price. The adjustable stem allows it to accomodate different ceiling heights.
