It's a really nice floor lamp, especially in all black. I positioned it behind the corner of our living room couch so that the base is under the couch and it fits perfectly. It did arrive damaged, but Wayfair took care of it. The only slight issue is that the bulb is visible and can be a bit blinding if you're sitting under it. This doesn't bother me as much as it bothers guests, but it's ok.
