I put them up around my porch railing and honestly I wasn't expecting much - they are really nice with a soft not white light. Honestly I don't know how long they will last - we will see however the price point is such you could replace them each year.

these lights stink. put them up, sun all day. they do not light. put new batteries- nothing. what a disappintment

A great length. We live in Vancouver and don't get enough sun to charge it very well some days but I've put them around a window now that it's winter and we turn it on some evenings when we have a fire.
