I'm torn. On the negative side: the first lamp arrived in an undamaged box, and the top lamp didn't work, although the side lamp did. Wayfair and Artiva (the company that sells this lamp and drop-ships it for Wayfair) immediately shipped a replacement which arrived very quickly. The replacement lamp, also in an undamaged box, arrived with a non-working remote control. Not wanting to deal with yet another replacement with who-knows-what problems when it arrived, I elected to keep the lamp with the non-working remote after a phone discussion with Wayfair staff. On the positive side, the lamp assembles fairly easily, although a second pair of hands helps. The top fixture throws off a LOT of light, which we wanted, but the dimmer lets it be set to infinitely different levels. It is sturdy and straight. There are three light temperature settings to choose from on each bulb, and they are all quite different - one will surely be to your liking. It's attractive, and it still works after nearly three weeks of daily use. One complaint - after a power failure, the lamp resets to the ON position. It woke me up one night after power was restored after a local outage. When we go away for a trip, I will need to remember to unplug it before we leave so it is not on for a week in the event of a power outage. But overall, we like the ample light it gives off and it suits our needs. 3.5 stars would be my preferred rating, but I'm not allowed to do that.
