It was easy to install with the magnets. The light has more lumens and it came with 3000K color temperature selected. My only complaint is that there were no instructions on how to remove the wires if you wanted to change the connection. I would like to have put the transformer above the plate, but it was too big to go through any opening. I like, would recommend.

This is a great light for any retrofit project. Easy to install and is very bright.
