We purchased two of these lights to go in my living room. I am very pleased with the light it gives off. The light is more central...not so much dispersed like the ones we replaced these with, but doesn't take away from the beauty of this light's glass. We have them on a dimmer switch, which when on full, light tends to put off more of a yellowish orangey color which is very soft and nice for the room. I've been looking for a while for the right sconce and have found it in these.
