Base is too small - not stable on carpet. Shade does not fit snugly without scratching the metal work. Will have to find a black filler pad.

I love the lamp - it is beautiful when lit and attractive when off. The only issue was the first one I received was one that had been opened and returned and it had a broken part so I had to return it. I got the replacement and there were no issues with it. It would have been 5 stars without the need to replace it.

It was the perfect Christmas gift for my daughter! Just what she needed for her apartment. The beauty of the shade shines through when the light is turned on.

I had some trouble with putting the lamp shade on, but once on it was lovely. Adds beautiful color to my corner of the living space. Pros: Lovely for a corner Cons: Lamp shade difficult to put on correctly.

The Dragonfly task lamp is exactly what we wanted. It is really well built. The base is very heavy, so easily balances the off-centre shade. It provides excellent task lighting for quilting and cross stitching. We are very happy we ordered it.
