Wish I would have paid more attention to the switch

The lamp shade is NOT orange as the description says. It is a velvet-like beige. Slight orange hue when turned on with soft whiteyellow bulb.

Perfect for any room. Classy, sufficient lighting and doesn’t take up space on any table.

Looks great! The finish is very nice. It was so easy to put together. The lamp shade is an amber color, which is what I wanted. If you want a lamp that DOES NOT light up the room, only the space it's pointed , then this is a good choice. It's exactly what I wanted and at a good price. By the way, the chair is from All Modern!

I love this lamp! The shade is listed as "orange," so I was worried it would be a vibrant color. I was pleased that the shade is more of a subtle, warm orange. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble. It is the perfect reading lamp!

Perfect light over my side table…not too bright, just right for reading…good angle.

This is a nice looking lamp. The two main posts would not screw together perfectly no matter how hard we tried. What we ended up with was a crooked lamp. I would expect more given the price.
