I cant review this item because we are in the process of moving and waiting for our house to be built. But what I can say is that I fell in love with the look and can’t wait to have it hanging in my dining room. It feels like Christmas even though I know what I am getting. The surprise will be Awesome when it is hanging up in my home.

We got this pretty chandelier 2 years ago and loved it then. We have since needed to update our look as modern chandeliers aren't going this way anymore.

Arrived earlier than expected. Item was exactly as pictured and is BEAUTIFUL and sparkly. The crystals came individually wrapped and are flawlessly gorgeous and feel high quality. The only downside, like others mentioned, it is a very tedious assembly to attach all the delicate arms and hand-wire each crystal individually to the chandelier. It took the better part of a day to assemble and install, but the outcome of the final product is AMAZING.
