Zimmermann Lamp Post (Full)

Bought one two years ago and when I wanted a second one, I went straight to Wayfair and they had an almost identical one stock. Very pleased.

Great lamp. Switched out the wiring for some good coated 3 wire and put a plug in it. We also mounted it in a pot that we filled with sand so we will be able to put it inside in the winter. Easy to put together and sturdy.

In the description it says fixture is metal and glass. Not true, the shade is plastic.

I’ve had this one for 2-3 years now, and I still like the look. However the screws holding the lights fixtures in place were too short, and screwing into too flimsy a metal to last for long. Additionally one screw fell into the main post. A “temporary “ fix of a taught metal wire around the main base has been keeping it place steady for about 2 years. Will see if I ever really fix it. I put Edison in the fixture, it looks great
