Lampe de plancher à lecture 62" Lares

I debated on whether to get a lamp with colored glass or the white/clear. I ended up going with the white/clear so that I can use a Hue bulb and change the colors and effects as I want. Even with plain white, the lamp is very pretty. The base is HEAVY! This is much better than the lamp that was being replaced and I won't have to worry about my large dog knocking the lamp over if he happens to be standing next to it wagging his tail. The lamp shade has an adjustment knob so you can adjust the angle of the shade. This is especially nice since I have it placed behind my couch so I can adjust it to right where I need the light pointed. The details of the scrolled metal on the "arm" is also very nice. The details on the base add to the look. Overall, I am very pleased with this lamp. Other reviews on the opaque glass mentioned that there are some yellow streaks in some of the pieces of glass. I like this look since it gives the lamp a more antique look.

The lamp is beautiful but the shade is too heavy for the base.

Nice lamp, priced way too high though for plastic shade!

This lamp is so beautiful and is made from quality materials. The only reason I took away a star is that when you stand the lamp on carpet, it tends to lean forward due to being top heavy with the potential to fall over. This can easily be resolved by adding some counterweights to the pole in order to stabilize the lamp.

I really like this lamp. The base is heavy so the lamp does not tip. Goes real well with my decor
