Beautiful fan but we cannot figure out how to preset the lights to our desired brightness and the app does not sync properly (cannot turn lights/fan on and off using the app). We have reached out to the manufacturer but have not received a reply. We want to be able to set the lights to our desired brightness so when we turn the switch on/off it’s automatically the same.

This looks great when installed, but the directions for it were HORRIBLE! Took 2.5 hours and should have taken 15 minutes. But the directions were so confusing. We basically finally just figured it out. Had we done that initially, it would have been a lot faster. As it was, the directions did nothing but confuse. A video would be better. There are no words...just pictures that are very difficult to follow. Good luck!
