I have received the floor lamp shipment; however, upon beginning the assembly process, I discovered that the tri-leg component required for the top assembly is missing. Had I been aware of this omission, I would have deferred the assembly process. Furthermore, the top section arrived damaged, and one of the legs is bent. As this item was purchased as new rather than an open-box unit, it is disappointing to receive a damaged product in its original packaging. Despite these issues, I am quite pleased with the design of the lamp and the functionality of the controller. Im update on my purchase: After I reported issue with this product, I have been in contact with Sara G., who provided excellent service and offered a replacement for this floor lamp. Consequently, I am awarding this product five stars in recognition of Wayfair’s outstanding support team.
