very cheap light with incredibly short cord. When can anybody use this? I made a real mistake with this purchase - return.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this light fixture. There is no mechanism for hanging the light other than by the power cord. The switch when the light is hung is up at the ceiling. The overall feel of the light is that it was made as cheaply as possible. I would be embarrassed to charge $274 for this light. And that, was the sale price.
