This light fixture/fan is a very attractive option. The fan is not a huge powerful fan for a large room but it is perfect for a small little condo. I love the fact that you can’t even tell it’s actually a ceiling fan at all!! Installation wasn’t too difficult but we had to use the longer down rod. There just wasn’t enough room to wire it with the shorter rod for my husband when installing it.
