Two out of three of the items arrived bent/damaged, and the return process has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. I hired an electrician to install all three lights, but only one could be installed. Now, I’ll need to rehire the electrician again when the replacements arrive in 11 days, incurring extra costs due to no fault of my own.
