I am disappointed with this product. We put up the light and it is crooked! Would love to get my money back or a replacement!

Bought two for our island. Very happy with them. They don't like some LED's.

I had picked out a whole set of pendants and dinning chandelier (for a new house we are building), but found out I needed pendants with a much longer hang length because of the vaulted ceiling. I asked someone on the Wayfair chat, online for pendants that could accommodate the longer length. They sent me 3 different options, and the first one matched perfectly, so I ordered them (I needed 3). The builder just put them up and sent me a picture - they are perfect! They actually look better than the pendants I picked out originally! They are so classy looking and are perfect for the room!
