This is the perfect outdoor lantern for our garage. The light comes on in the evening and brightens with motion. Looks and works great. The same item was available in a few stores but the price and shipping from Wayfair were perfect.

The description did not explain how the motion sensor actually works. I was not satisfied with the product when I discovered it does not go from ‘off’ to ‘on’ with the motion sensing, rather, it stays on all night at 40% & gets brighter when it sense motion. I want a light that goes from 0% light to 100% for a short time while sensing motion.

Very pleased with these new lanterns. We put one by our front door, two on our front driveway, and another by a side door to the garage. Really appreciate the dusk-to-dawn setting allowing us to light up three sides of our home without having to turn on and off individual light switches.

Very nice looking and easy to install. Love the dusk to dawn feature and motion detector. Looks great on both sides of our garage door. Perfect size.
