For the first time with Wayfair I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and product I received. Not worth the money. The double glass fixtures do not line up the epoxy used to hold the rings on the bottom of the fixture did not hold just extremely poor quality save your money not worth the price. I wish I would have read the other review prior to purchasing this product

Beautiful light fixture. Very pleased with purchase. Exactly as pictured.

Initially, when fixture arrived this fixture was as pictured. It was difficult to find a light that would hide the bulb and that is why we made this choice. Delivery was prompt. Installation is not going well. It swivels around the center plate as that cannot be tightened down enough. The cans are not all centered. You cannot get your hand inside the can enough to tighten the recommended light bulb. It is not reversible. It must be hung with shades upright as the rings will fall off. Then it just becomes a fly/dust catcher. Seriously disappointed. Edited: Wayfair refunded our money and advised that we could throw this item away or donate it. We have held on to it until now (April 2021) as we didn't know what to do. Beautiful and expensive but with issues but we could not just throw it away. The issues seem to have developed with the packaging. My husband today has taken the light apart, put silicon seal where needed, adjusted the packaging and we are donating this repaired item to the Habitat ReStore. We continue to find Wayfair one of our best shopping experiences.
