I loved this design and have been looking for it all over with no luck. I took the risk of purchasing online with high hopes. Once it came I had it professionally installed which was costly as I had high ceilings (18ft). It wasn’t until after it was installed that we noticed the item was defective. I attempted to resolve the case with Wayfair customer service. The unit at this point is back ordered with no anticipated date and the cost to have it removed is just as much to have it installed. Wayfair offered to send a replacement part which would not guarantee to solve the problem as it is unclear whether it is the hanging piece or entire unit that is warped. The best they offered was a 25 partial refund. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the resolution offered. I will no longer be purchasing from Wayfair. I recommend purchasing elsewhere.

The first one came damaged but Wayfair customer service was great and sent me a new one right away. I just had to ship the damaged one back.

Simply gorgeous!! It's not easy to find a large light on a budget. This light looks just like the photo, and looks high-end. I also loved it because it is more modern. I also plan to use the round bulbs just like the pic.
