I am completely blown away. I’ve had this lamp arrive twice! Once damaged and this second time the cord is inverted so the pieces don’t screw in correctly. I love the lamp itself but this is ridiculous.

I really like this lamp but its not as heavy as it could be. that said the description did give the weight-so I knew before I purchased! Also the harp was not in the box. I will call for follow up.
