These have been installed on each side of the window above where our bed will go. They look great and will be out of the way so more items can be left on the side tables. We've had the lamp on the left side of the window wired so I can turn it on upon entering the bedroom and can turn it off at the bed when I'm done reading.

The lights are exactly as described. There are 3 set screws to hold it in place at 12,3, and 9. They should have added one at the 6 o'clock position or shifted the 3 and 9 to 4 and 8. when moving the arm, it rocks a little. I would have also preferred a spring-loaded arm but that was not an option.

I love my sconces! They free up the top of the bedside chests and give the bedroom a bit of industrial look while not overpowering it. They were fairly easy to install. My engineer husband added an extra screw in the plate to ensure they would not get loose when moving the arms. We opted for the plug-in instead of hard-wiring them. FYI these are placed 60” from the floor (to the center of the plate) and 12” from the edge of the mattress. Very pleased!

Nice lights. Clean design. I have them mounted in my screened in porch and like that they will withstand damp environments. Great price for a pair. Easy to hang. It is a bit cumbersome to adjust the position with three toggles, but then you get the light right where you want it.
