The first one came and several of the crystals were broken. However, Wayfair replace the whole light and its stunning looking.

I am completely in love with my new chandelier! I dont have any photos yet because the room isnt ready, but—out of curiosity—I opened the box, and it is a spectacular sight!

The shipping and handling was good. The box had a little tear probably from all the handling cause it’s a heavy box. The lamp was in perfect condition cause it’s double boxed. All The pieces were well packed with foam. The gold color is pretty … I do prefer a less shiny kind of gold ( but it’s just a personal preference ) cause the lamp it’s gorgeous. It comes with the manual and some clothe gloves. Perfect for installation so no fingerprints get into the gold parts or the glass pieces. Super pretty chandelier!!!!

I love my new chandelier! The electrician said it was easy to install, unlike other chandeliers with small wiring. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The design added a stunning feature to my foyer without breaking the bank.

Very excited to receive this beautiful chandelier. It will require an electrician to install but can’t wait to see it once completed. Unfortunately it arrived with a single broken crystal. The replacement part has been ordered and is scheduled to arrive quickly. I’ve no doubt once it is installed it will be beautiful and I will update the images to show the replaced crystal and full installation of this beautiful chandelier. I definitely recommend this piece as it is quality and well made and is stunning.
