Ventilateur de plafond 15 po avec lumières DEL Lochmoor

I love the looks of this ceiling fan and it is operating just fine on the lowest speed and the light works. The remote is functioning just fine. What is disappointing is that apparently the wrong instructions came with it as none of the 3 fan examples contain pictures or instructions on installing the receiver. All 3 of the fan examples spoke of a blade support and there were none in the box. I called Wayfair they were wonderful as always contacted the manufacturer who replied that there were no blade supports for this fan. No offer to send new instructions. So my electrician returned and the next problem was the receiver, which was my electrician stated was the largest one he had ever seen for a fan, didn’t fit properly. It was extremely tight and was too large for the canopy to fit over it. The fan looks good, but doesn’t fit flush to the ceiling. It is quiet and operates well on the lowest level, but wobbles on higher settings. Wayfair was helpful and efficient. I believe the manufacturer just has a flawed product.
