This is an absolute show piece and I love it!! However the whole packaging and construction does feel like something cheap from China… two balls each are packed together in wrap - not a sturdy foam encasing like other brands. This means many prices will be broken. While they send you extras, you will still be cleaning up tiny pieces of broken glass for days. The the ceiling attachment doesn’t fit a north Mercian electoral box so you have to buy a new piece. The cover doesn’t scare tight enough to stay up on ours. And each ball needs to be hand tied- other models have clips which are more secure and alreayd positioned all of this said- if you pull it off, this is an absolute stunning piece.

Just beautiful! I had paid for installation but that didn’t go well. Wayfair used Angi and after sending two different electricians neither could install the light on a slanted ceiling. Wayfair refunded the installation and I had a local company, Dodge Electric, install it. They did a great job! I have it hanging in my foyer and it makes me smile every time I look at it.

The chandelier is very special & highlights our dining area. It does take time ( 4-5 hours) to install but kind of enjoyable to do. We needed to buy extra chain to get the correct height ( our ceiling 15'). There is very little (or none ) instruction on how to install except start from the bottom & work your way up. The electrical base needs to be installed & attached before starting. You will be attaching glass from a ladder. Good luck !!
