Lustre à niveaux 12 lumières unique Tavera

Really hard to install on 20ft ceiling. The globe that surrounds the bulbs is really thin and delicate. It does not come with replacements just incase one shatters like other chandeliers do. One shattered and asked for replacement but it has been more than a week and have not received it yet. My husband had to build a 2 story scaffold to install chandelier, therefore we had to keep it in livingroom till parts arrived. Its been such an inconvenience having that huge thing in middle of livingroom till it arrives. I asked to pay extra to get it delivered quicker and was told it was not an option.
