This ceiling fan is beautiful. I did purchase an 18” down rod as the one’s provided weren’t long enough for my ceiling height. Because of the good product information, I knew that prior to the purchase.

It is beautiful and works great in my den. It is a piece of art.

Returned because the quality was not good. Received with broken globe and then found out after installing that the motor was bad. So we paid to install and then had to pay return postage. Would never buy this brand again
